Our Pastors

Rev. Patrick O. Lindsey, Senior Pastor

Rev. Patrick assumed the pastorate of the Greater Bibleway Missionary Baptist Church in June 1992, when he succeeded the late Rev. C.J. Henderson, who served Greater Bibleway faithfully until his retirement. In his pastoral ministry, Pastor Lindsey places a high priority on biblical preaching and teaching, along with practical application of scriptural principles. In addition to his pastoral duties, Rev. Patrick is also currently employed with Wayne State University as Vice President, Government & Community Affairs. Most importantly, Rev. Patrick is a family man. He married his wife Kathy Lindsey, on April 4, 1992, and God rewarded their union with two wonderful children: a son, Kendall, and a daughter, Kaylyn. The family resides in Detroit and enjoys spending time together – reading, traveling, bicycling, and worshipping and serving the Lord.

Rev. Gregory L. Lindsey Sr., Associate Pastor

Rev. Greg assumed the role of Associate Pastor of Greater Bibleway Missionary Baptist Church in June 2016 . Rev. Greg places a strong commitment to Christian Education and has served as President of the Congress of Christian Education for the district for 20 years. He facilitates workshops, seminars, leadership conferences, revivals, and marriage and men’s retreats. Rev. Greg is also currently employed at Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) as the Treatment Service Administrator for the Substance Use Disorder Department. He has been wonderfully married for 29 years to his wife, Alicia Lindsey. He has been blessed with five children: Natisha, Shannon, Gregory, Brittney, Micah, and three grandchildren: Shakera, Zia, and Ava. In his free time, Rev. Greg loves to play golf and watch movies with his family!
