Women’s Day Recap (11/17/2024)

Oh, what a joyous day in the Lord we had celebrating the Women of Greater Bibleway! On Sunday, November 17th, the GBMBC Women came together and blessed the Lord in their bold black and red!

We thank Min. Cassandra Phipps for blessing us with her powerful word from the Lord encouraging us to continue to press on the passionate pursuit of the upward call! We thank each and every Greater Bibleway woman who participated in the program, as well as our guest singer, Min. Tanjee Tangy.

To each and every guest that came in person and virtually, we thank you greatly for sharing this day with us. We are truly honored to have such amazing women here at our church who love God, love each other, and love His Word.

As we get close to the close of our 70th church anniversary, our prayer is that you will remember these words from the apostle Paul, “Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 3:12-14).

Keep pressing on towards the upward call of God in Christ Jesus!
